Photography Consent Participation or attendance at programs or events sponsored by Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services (OPRS) or its affiliates constitutes consent of the participant or attendee to permit OPRS to take, copyright and use images or sound recordings for use in print and/or any electronic media format including, without limitation, social media and other websites for advertising, marketing, fundraising or promotional purposes of OPRS, without expectation of compensation by the participant or attendee. The participant or attendee releases to OPRS all proprietary rights and copyrights in all such images or sound recordings and releases and discharges OPRS, its officers, directors and agents from any and all claims, liability, actions, suits, demands, costs or expenses arising out of or in any way related to the use of such images or sound recordings.
